Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Realmkit (realmkit.app), run by its independent developer ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Realmkit, you agree to them.
1. Realmkit is in beta
Realmkit is free while it is in beta. Features may change, break or be removed as we work on it. If paid plans come later, we will tell you in advance, and nothing will be charged without your agreement. Whatever comes, you keep access to your files, and basic access stays yours.
2. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Realmkit. Give a real email address, keep your password safe, and tell us at support@realmkit.app if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Your content
What you create and upload stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so that we can run Realmkit for you, including through the services listed in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.
4. Fair use
Do not use Realmkit to break the law, to harass anyone, or to store or share content that is illegal or that you have no right to share. Do not try to get into other people's accounts or data, to disrupt or overload the service, or to copy it with automated tools. Do not resell access to Realmkit.
5. Battle links
Anyone with a battle link you share can join that battle. You choose who gets it, and you can revoke a link at any time.
6. Suggestions from Realmkit
When Realmkit imports your notes or reviews a session plan, it suggests pages, links and changes. Suggestions can be wrong. Nothing is added to your campaign until you keep it, and you can undo an import.
7. Rules content and other names
Realmkit includes rules content from the System Reference Document 5.2.1 under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. The attribution and the trademarks that belong to others are listed on Licensing.
8. Availability and your own copies
We do our best to keep Realmkit running and your data safe, and we keep backups. We cannot promise the service will always be available or free of errors, so keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Campaign Settings → Export downloads your whole campaign as files whenever you like, and a downloaded archive can be restored into Realmkit later.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using Realmkit at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.
10. No warranty
Realmkit is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or time, arising from your use of Realmkit. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which during the free beta is zero.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and if a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. If you keep using Realmkit after that, the new terms apply.
